Fodderty House is a small, privately run home for the elderly. Owned and operated by Madeline McGill, Fodderty House is situated in a quiet rural setting approximately half way between Dingwall and Strathpeffer in the beautiful Ross-Shire countryside.

The home is situated in a beautiful large garden, approximately two acres, and has ample drives and paths for short walks and a duck pond. Access to the seated area around the pond is over an attractive Chinese style bridge.

Situated in a picturesque glen below Ben Wyvis, Fodderty House is within easy access of many facilities and amenities. Another two miles to the west lies the Victorian spa village of Strathpeffer, which has many hotels and some basic amenities.

The main town for the area is Dingwall - the market town for Ross-Shire and also only two miles away.
